18 USC 2257 Record-keeping Compliance Statement

In accordance with applicable federal law (18 USC 2257 and Federal Regulation 28CFR75) all models appearing
on AJsCloset.com were 18 years of age or older at the time of production. AJsCloset maintaisn proper
records, including model releases and copies of Government-issued photo identification,
for all sexually explicit content appearing on AJsCloset.com.

Some of the content appearing on AJsCloset.com is not subject to 2257 regulations because the content
is not considered sexually explicit, but is simply nonexplicit nudity, or because the content
was produced prior to July, 1995 and is therefore exempt from regulation.

The production dates for depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct are contained
in the records maintained by each studio/producer for each title.

The date of reproduction or republication of visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct
is current as of the date of access to AJsCloset.com.
